Bathroom Tile Installation

One Layout, Every Surface. Serving Marietta and Greater Atlanta.

Bathrooms are most of what you will see in our gallery: the floor, the shower, the tub surround and the walls around them. Tiling the whole room as one installation means the layout lines up from the floor to the shower wall and every surface gets the preparation it needs.

We install porcelain, large format, marble and mosaic tile in bathrooms across Marietta, East Cobb and Greater Atlanta, with Wilson overseeing the layout and setting on every project.

What's Included

  • Bathroom floors in porcelain, marble or mosaic
  • Showers built on the Schluter-Kerdi waterproofing system
  • Tub surrounds and tub decks
  • Feature and accent walls
  • Heated floors under the tile
  • Layouts planned so cuts land in the right places

One layout for the whole room

The best bathrooms look simple because the layout was decided before the first tile was set: where the grout lines meet the shower glass, how the floor tile lines up with the niche, where the cut pieces go so they never end up at the doorway. We map the room first and set the tile to that plan.

Each surface also needs its own preparation. Floors must be stiff and flat, shower walls must be waterproof, and natural stone needs a stiffer floor and setting materials that will not stain it. Treating the bathroom as one project is how all of that comes together.

Bathroom Tile

Questions we hear often.

What tile is best for a bathroom floor?

Porcelain is the most practical choice: it is dense, absorbs very little water and comes in slip-resistant finishes in almost any look, including marble. Natural marble is beautiful but softer and needs sealing. We help you weigh the two for how the room will be used.

Can you add a heated floor to a bathroom tile project?

Yes. A Schluter Ditra-Heat system goes in under the new tile, so the best time to add one is while the floor is being tiled.

Do you install tub surrounds and accent walls?

Yes. Tub surrounds, tub decks and feature walls are part of most bathrooms we tile, often in the same material as the shower so the room reads as one design.
